Overview

The Information Technology group delivers secure, reliable technology solutions that enable DTCC to be the trusted infrastructure of the global capital markets. The team delivers high-quality information through activities that include development of essential systems, building infrastructure capabilities to meet client needs, and implementing data standards and governance.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and support new technologies within the infrastructure environment.
  • Maintain stability of the infrastructure environment.
  • Support and coordinate scheduling and execution of system maintenance, release updates, upgrades, and/or new technology deployments adhering to the company’s standard change management protocol.
  • Assist key projects and deliverables related to the infrastructure environment.
  • Align risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalate appropriately.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Talents Needed For Success
  • Working knowledge of Dell/EMC VMAX, PowerMax, Unity, VNX and VNXe platforms.
  • Working knowledge of STAR and SRDF replication technologies.
  • Working knowledge of Unisphere and SYMCLI.
  • Working knowledge of NetApp OnTAP 9.x with a focus on NFS and CIFS.
  • Working knowledge of NetApp SnapMirror replication.
  • Working knowledge of Brocade and Cisco Fibre Channel switches.
  • Working knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.
  • Working knowledge of networking principles.
  • Current knowledge of IaC and DevOps in an infrastructure environment.
  • Knowledge of Python, Ansible and Terraform.
