About the Role We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive and intelligent user experiences for our enterprise cybersecurity software . In this role, you’ll transform complex security workflows into clean, cohesive, and effective interfaces that help security teams operate with clarity and confidence. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and cybersecurity experts to define and design the tools that power threat detection, investigation, and response. This is a hands‑on design role that combines deep user empathy, data‑driven decision‑making, and system‑level design thinking. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Design Lead the design process from research and concept to pixel‑perfect execution. Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high‑fidelity visual designs for complex enterprise applications. Design interfaces that balance usability, data density, and technical precision. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation and high‑quality user experiences. User Research & Insights Conduct user interviews, usability tests, and contextual research with enterprise and cybersecurity users. Translate user pain points and workflow complexities into actionable design solutions. Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle. Design Systems & Scalability Create and maintain scalable design systems that ensure consistency across multiple products and platforms. Partner with front‑end developers to define and document interaction patterns and visual standards. Continuously evolve the design system based on product growth and user feedback. Cross‑Functional Collaboration Collaborate with product managers to align design work with business goals and user needs. Present design concepts and decisions effectively to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and prioritization discussions. Qualifications Experience: 5–10 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on enterprise software (cybersecurity, DevSecOps, or data analytics preferred). Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of how enterprise security teams work — familiarity with concepts such as threat detection, incident response, or vulnerability management is a plus. Design Expertise: Mastery of modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, or equivalent). Expertise in interaction design, information architecture, and data visualization. Strong portfolio demonstrating experience designing for complex, data-rich enterprise applications. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills. Collaborative mindset with the ability to partner effectively with engineers and PMs. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field. Preferred Qualifications Experience designing cybersecurity or technical B2B software (e.g., SIEM, SOAR, IAM). Familiarity with security frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, or OWASP. Background in data visualization or designing for complex workflows. Experience with front‑end technologies or design system implementation.
