Your Role
  • Design a wide range of print and digital assets, including product branding, editorial layouts, packaging, and corporate documents.
  • Create digital content for websites and social media platforms.
  • Present ideas through mood boards, concepts, and design rationale.
  • Develop visual concepts and campaign materials across multiple mediums.
  • Ensure creative concepts are aligned with brand direction and guidelines.
  • Execute marketing calendars, including national campaigns, regional rollouts, product launches, and events.
  • Deliver customer-centric campaigns and promotions that drive retail sales across brands such as United (Fuel), Quickstop (Convenience), Pie Face (Bakery Café), Mrs Mac’s, and Balfours.
  • Prepare digital and print production files with optimal resolution and formatting.
  • Maintain cohesive and consistent branding across all channels and assets.
  • Manage timelines to ensure campaigns and initiatives are rolled out on time and within budget.
What You Need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field
  • Graphic design experience, preferably in a multi-unit retail or customer-centric environment (in-house or agency)
  • A strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work and creative problem-solving
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong grasp of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout
Preferred skills/expertise
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience in campaign development and execution across retail or consumer-facing brands
  • Passion for building cohesive, customer-driven brand experiences
