WHAT IS A/AN MARKETING SPECIALIST - IT SERVICES? We are seeking a talented, passionate, and versatile Marketing Specialist to join our growing IT Services team. The ideal candidate should be results-driven and confident in leading and executing marketing initiatives focused on demand generation and marketing execution for our IT Services sales division. This division sells Cybersecurity, Managed IT, Helpdesk, Networking, and Remote Management solutions to clients of all sizes, in a variety of industry sectors. As the Marketing Specialist for this team, you will be instrumental in building the sales pipeline by creating, executing, and optimizing multichannel campaigns that attract, engage, and convert prospects into qualified leads. You should have hands‑on experience with B2B marketing in the technology, IT services, or Saas sector, deep knowledge of integrated marketing strategies, and a proven track record of delivering measurable outcomes. WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES? Develop and execute demand generation strategies across multiple channels including email, social media, content marketing, SEO/SEM, webinars, tradeshows, video marketing, sponsorships, and account‑based marketing (ABM). Build and manage multi‑touch nurture campaigns to move leads through the funnel. Manage and ensure accurate lead tracking, attribution, and handoff to sales. Develop relevant sales, product, and campaign assets for targeted messaging, aligned with buyer personas and journey stages. Develop division‑specific marketing collateral including emails, blogs, social media, brochures, presentations and customer case studies. Support website management activities by contributing content and analyzing the effectiveness of campaigns and landing pages. Ensure brand and messaging consistency by aligning all external and internal campaigns and communications to established company and division brand guidelines. Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics (MQLs, SQLs, CPL, ROI), providing actionable insights and recommendations. Maintain data hygiene and segmentation strategies to ensure clean, actionable marketing databases. Keep current with best practices in demand generation. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 5+ years of proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in IT services, SaaS, or technology (includes Cybersecurity, Networking, Helpdesk, Managed IT services, etc.). Proven expertise in demand generation, lead nurturing, and funnel optimization. Proficient in marketing automation platforms such as: ActiveCampaign HootSuite MailChimp HubSpot Hands‑on experience and strong capabilities with tools such as: Google Workplace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, Meet/Chat, Forms, Sites) Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads ZoomInfo Knowledge of email marketing best practices, segmentation, and deliverability. Knowledge of and practical experience leveraging AI tools such as ChatGPT and Google Geminito augment, enhance, or improve deliverables. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions. Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills. Strong team player and ability to work in a highly collaborative environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in account‑based marketing (ABM) campaigns. Familiarity with content marketing and SEO strategies for IT services. Familiarity with popular website development platforms such as Wordpress, Wix, or Squarespace.
