Sales Secretary – Adco Blue Corporation We are seeking an organized and proactive Sales Secretary to provide essential administrative support to our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be a multitasker with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer‑focused mindset. This role involves telemarketing, assisting clients by phone, handling documentation, and facilitating smooth communication within the sales department. The Sales Secretary should be tech‑savvy, adaptable to changing priorities, and committed to maintaining confidentiality. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our sales operations and work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment. Tasks & Responsibilities Telemarketing, follow up, and scheduling of presentations Supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth functioning of the sales department Must be highly organized to manage various tasks and documents efficiently Able to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing Meets deadline, and ensure smooth working relationship with sales team, anticipating needs and taking initiative Highly professional, disciplined, and committed to maintaining confidentiality Goal oriented Eager to learn Highly efficient Attention to detail Information collection and monitoring Problem solving Develop and maintain strong customer relationship Qualifications Graduate of Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing or Equivalent Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Excellent communication skills Excellent phone and presentation skills Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating technique Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Office, Excel) and presentation skills Experienced in sales for construction material/architectural products is an advantage Willing to work in BGC, Taguig City Seniority Level Entry level Employment Type Full-time Industry Industrial Machinery Manufacturing and Engineering Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
