  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Design and implement data models to support analytics and reporting needs.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and validation processes.
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements for data analysis and reporting.
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on data insights to improve performance and efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in business intelligence and analytics.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Intelligence Analyst should have:

  • A strong background in data analytics, statistics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.
  • Experience in SQL, data modeling, and database management.
  • Knowledge of data analytics methodologies and tools relevant to the energy and natural resources sector.
  • Exposure in Salesforce integration to Power BI
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work with large datasets.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
