Job Description

The Business Intelligence Analyst will help our organization make informed decisions by transforming data into insights. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data, and create dashboards that support business initiatives.

Responsibilities and duties

  • Support decision-making by translating business requirements into BI products.
  • Develop and maintain data models, automation, reports, and dashboards using BI tools.
  • Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to identify patterns and insights.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation and quality checks.
  • Apply statistical techniques to address business questions and test hypotheses.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather information, explore options, and present findings.
  • Create and maintain documentation on data products.
  • Take ownership of data products to keep them accurate and relevant.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and support to leadership and departments for specific questions.

Skills and preferred qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Sciences, or related field.
  • Experience in reporting, BI, data analysis, or similar roles with an operations focus.
  • Proficiency with SQL, BI tools, or Python; Tableau experience is a plus.
  • Experience with AWS and/or Airflow.
  • Knowledge of business statistics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for both business and technical audiences.
  • Curious mindset with problem-solving skills.
  • Openness to learning and skill development.
  • Ability to work independently.
