Sr. BPO Learning Operations Specialist – Uber Taguig, Philippines Uber Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines About The Role Work alongside our Community Operations team, Regional Comm Ops and Vendor Management on implementation of strategic and on-the-ground BPO L&D initiatives and provide L&D support, governance and performance management to our BPO L&D partners. Your Impact In Role BPO Governance & Communication: Actively lead in BPO L&D syncs, keep BPOs informed of Uber priorities, gather insights on challenges, oversee adherence to L&D processes, maintain resources. Manage Training Deployment: Oversee training deployments with internal & external teams, coordinate TTTs, readiness of materials, trainer resources, monitoring reporting via regional Deployment Trackers, track tasks via Jira and Sprint Trackers. Project Management: BPO Launches: Project manage launches, ensure trainer readiness, coordinate TTT sessions, monitor performance 30 days after go live. Learning Content Management (LCM): Kick‑off LCM sessions with BPO teams, review materials, provide insights and feedback to support design team curriculum revamp. Performance Management & Reporting: Drive, monitor, report training and nesting performance, facilitate RCA and TNA sessions, publish and report on 0‑30 BPO performance during stakeholder reviews. BPO Trainer Efficacy: Supervise BPO Training Academy efforts, support new trainers, coordinate certifications, hold periodic BPO facilitator observations, review LES results to improve learner experience. Basic Qualifications 2+ Years of Learning & Development Experience (Internal/External) Stakeholder Management & Communication Skills Project Management Skills Problem Solving, Decision Making & Performance Management Preferred Qualifications Change Management: Guide BPOs and internal teams through training transitions, manage learner resistance. Learning Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with LMS, digital authoring tools, virtual training platforms, comfortable with reporting tools. Quality Assurance in Training: Audit and evaluate training delivery, familiarity with observation tools or rubrics. Cultural Competence: Support multicultural teams or global BPO networks, adapt training style across geographies. Operational Acumen: Understanding of BPO performance metrics, comfort in fast‑paced environments. Collaboration & Influence Without Authority: Work cross‑functionally, build rapport, influence BPO partners. Continuous Improvement Mindset: Identify process gaps, propose improvements, measure ROI of learning. #J-18808-Ljbffr
