Job Description Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise construction activities on-site.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Assist in project scheduling and progress tracking.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers and stakeholders.
  • Prepare site reports and documentation as needed.
Qualifications
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of related experience in construction projects.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in CAD and SketchUp, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to interpret technical drawings.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee site operations, ensure project compliance, and assist in planning and design.
  • Working Conditions: On-site presence at various construction locations, potential outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, strong communication skills, ability to work collaboratively, and proactive approach to safety.
