Job Overview:
We are looking for a Cadet Engineer to join our growing team. This is a training and development role designed for fresh graduates or entry-level engineers who want to build a career in construction project management, particularly in commercial fitouts for malls and commercial spaces. The cadet engineer will be guided and trained to support the project team in ensuring efficient planning, coordination, and execution of construction works.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, monitoring, and coordinating ongoing fitout projects.
- Support the project management team in documentation, scheduling, and reporting.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- Work with senior engineers, architects, and foremen to streamline project workflows.
- Prepare basic project reports, progress updates, and technical documentation.
- Learn and apply construction best practices in fitout works.
- Perform other tasks as assigned to support project delivery.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (board exam passer is a plus but not required).
- Fresh graduates or applicants with limited experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Hardworking, reliable, and able to work under pressure.
- Team player with a positive, coachable attitude.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
