Requirements Must have at least 4-7 years relevant experience in Data Engineering. Development in Azure Data Factory and Azure Databricks. Python programming skills in Data Analytics/Big Data is a must. Cloud Data Engineering skills in Azure (preferred), AWS, and/or GCP is a must. Must have experience working in enterprise environment with Data Warehouse/Data Lake/Data Lakehouse environment. Modern Data Architecture and Data Modeling experience. Worked on at least 1 enterprise scale projects as a Data Engineer. PowerBI or knowledge on BI tools is a must. Independent can work on his/her own with minimal to zero supervision. Experience in data engineering migration, specifically converting scripts from RLanguage to Python. Responsibilities Develop Data Engineering Requirements using Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Python, SSIS and other relevant tools. Support migration of existing R-based data engineering or analytics scripts into Python for improved scalability and maintainability. Solutioning and delivery of Data Lake & Data Warehouse related solutions. Provide business of ad-hoc data requirements and be able to build simple dashboards. Support and maintenance of existing pipelines, queries, stored procedures, and reports. Collaborate with teams to develop and deliver solutions. Be able to develop reports and simple dashboards in PowerBI. Create and update required documents such as ERD, Technical Requirements Documentation.
