Overview

As a Client Services Production Coordinator at Sound Design Inc, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of audio post-production services to our clients. This position involves client interaction, estimating costs, coordinating production teams, and assisting in the creation of exceptional audio soundtracks.

Responsibilities
  • Client Interfacing: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining a positive and professional relationship. Promptly respond to client inquiries and requests, ensuring their needs are met effectively. Prepare accurate cost estimates for audio post-production projects based on client requirements. Work closely with clients to align their expectations with budgetary constraints.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with audio post-production teams to schedule and organize workflow efficiently. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget by coordinating resources effectively.
  • Production Assistance: Assist in the production of audio soundtracks by providing coordination support to the production team. Coordinate various aspects of production, including recording sessions and editing tasks.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor\'s degree preferred but not a requirement.
  • Previous experience in client services or production coordination is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of audio post-production processes (training will be provided).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Slack and Google Tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Enthusiasm for the advertising and audio production industry.
  • Committed to working beyond regular working hours whenever a project requires.
