The Admin/ Purchasing Assistant is responsible for the procurement of all supplies and services, which includes: canvassing of suppliers and contractors, accreditation and evaluation of suppliers and contractors, negotiation of prices, processing of purchase orders, receipt, checking and issuance of delivered items and services, management of inventories and records.

Job Requirements:

a. College Graduate in the fields of business administration, engineering or other related degrees.

b. With work experience as canvasser, buyer/purchaser, or in any related job

c. Proficient in MS Office programs

d. Keen on details, meticulous

e. Resourceful and with initiative

f. Systematic and organized

g. Good written and oral communication skills

h. Good interpersonal skills
