Role Summary

We are looking for a Mall Marketing Senior Associate to support the implementation and execution of both corporate-led and localized marketing programs at Ayala Malls Cloverleaf. The role ensures the seamless delivery of marketing initiatives aligned with Ayala Malls' brand standards, business goals, and customer engagement objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the day-to-day execution of marketing operations at the assigned mall, including:

    > Advertising, promotions, and public relations

    > Mall events and activations

    > Strategic partnerships and sponsorships

    > Digital marketing programs

    > Market research and consumer insights

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of campaigns aimed at attracting and retaining target mall-goers, increasing foot traffic and dwell time.

  • Support innovative brand collaborations and promotional efforts to drive awareness and revenue.

  • Coordinate and monitor merchant-led initiatives, exhibitions, and thematic events.

  • Serve as a liaison for merchant marketing support and ensure consistent brand alignment.

  • Facilitate community relations, local tie-ups, and engagement campaigns.

  • Prepare regular reports including:

    > Event and exhibit performance

    > Market research insights

    > Merchant marketing activity tracking

    > Community and partnership initiatives

  • Perform other tasks as required by mall or head office leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, advertising, creative agencies, retail, or property management

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously

  • Creative and strategic thinking with a focus on achieving commercial goals

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of SAP, or similar tools is a plus

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Team player with a results-oriented mindset
