Responsibilities & Qualifications
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee all activities related to Base Communications Task Force (BCTF) and Operational Support Requirements (OSR) by developing detailed project plans and schedules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure mission-critical IT and operational support tasks are executed efficiently and meet performance standards.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to develop, document, and execute mission plans that align with customer requirements.
• Manage staffing requirements, ensure proper resource allocation, and oversee task execution to meet project milestones.
• Supervise and mentor team members, promoting skill development and maintaining a collaborative team environment.
• Resolve resource conflicts, ensuring on-time delivery while maintaining high performance standards.
• Provide accurate , timely status reports on project performance, deliverables, and budget utilization .
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including technical reports, risk assessments, and action plans.
• Implement metrics to measure project outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project schedules and outcomes.
• Coordinate resolution of issues through escalation procedures and collaboration with technical teams.
  

Required Qualifications

• Experience:
• Combination of six years of IT experience, including one year of experience in a management or technical leadership capacity and three years of experience in the functional area of the project.
• Certifications:
• CompTIA Network +
• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management , Computer Science, Engineering, or a related functional area.
• Clearance:
• Must possess a Secret clearance
