About the role We are seeking an exceptional Email Marketing Specialist to join our growing team at Elevatione Time Stops Ph Inc' in this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing and executing captivating email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions. Based in our Makati City office, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative marketing department to reach our customers in new and impactful ways. What you'll be doing Develop and implement effective email marketing strategies to support the company's overall marketing objectives Create compelling email content, including subject lines, copy, and visuals, to increase open and click-through rates Segment and target email lists to deliver personalized and relevant content to our customer base Analyze email performance data to continuously optimize campaigns and improve results Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure email campaigns are integrated with other digital and offline marketing initiatives Stay up-to-date with email marketing best practices and industry trends to drive innovation What we're looking for 1-3 years of experience in email marketing or a related digital marketing role Strong writing and copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging, conversion-driven email content Proficient in email marketing software, such as MailChimp, Constant Contact, or HubSpot Excellent data analysis and reporting skills to measure and optimize email campaign performance Familiarity with email marketing best practices, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and deliverability Collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field #J-18808-Ljbffr
