Prospect and engage with potential clients through calls, meetings, and presentations to understand their financial technology needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, ensuring consistent follow-up and account management. Conduct product demonstrations and explain the value proposition of digital financial products (e.g., payment gateways, lending platforms, digital wallets, or analytics tools). Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, and Operations) to ensure seamless client onboarding and post-sales support. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals effectively and profitably. Track and analyze sales performance metrics, market trends, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities. Stay updated on industry developments, compliance requirements, and emerging technologies in the FinTech ecosystem.
