Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in Cebu. The Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining a defined set of clients, building and managing strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement, and managing account profitability. Day-to-day tasks include conducting regular client meetings, liaising with internal departments to deliver against client objectives, and preparing reports to ensure clients are receiving value and ROI.

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts
  • Experience in BPO industry and knowledge of outsourcing best practices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent field
