Overview

Workplace Experience Consultant – Taguig (CBRE Asia Pacific). The role combines leadership in Workplace Experience Services (Concierge, Reception, Meeting and Events) with governance responsibilities under the Performance Improvement Management Office (PIMO) across the APAC region. The position is part of the Workplace Experience function and focuses on delivering world-class customer service to clients and visitors of a designated CBRE building.

What You'll Do

Workplace Experience (50%)

  • Standardize and oversee third-party service delivery across APAC.
  • Build strong client relationships and resolve conflicting priorities.
  • Monitor vendor performance and drive improvements.
  • Align operations with best practices and optimize costs.
  • Ensure business continuity planning and act as a CBRE RISE values ambassador.

Performance Improvement Management Office (50%)

  • Lead governance processes and ensure policy compliance.
  • Manage KPI/SLA reporting and provide actionable insights.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify risks and implement solutions.
  • Support strategic initiatives, change management, and continuous improvement.
About You
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Workplace Experience, Facilities, Vendor Management or Governance.
  • Experience in vendor management and performance tracking.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Financial and analytical acumen.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Can start ASAP.
