Job Description
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for EPM Cloud solutions.
  • Design and document workflows, ensuring alignment with organizational goals in the financial services industry.
  • Support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of EPM Cloud applications.
  • Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure system functionality and reliability.
  • Provide training and guidance to end-users on EPM Cloud tools and best practices.
  • Generate detailed reports and insights to support data-driven decision-making processes.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of trends and advancements in EPM technologies within financial services.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards in all system processes.
The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or a related discipline
  • Over 10 years of Business Analysis experience, including 5+ years with Oracle EPM Cloud
  • Deep understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting in banking or financial services
  • Comfortable working in Agile settings and collaborating with diverse, cross-functional teams
  • Preferred experience with Smart View, SQL, Oracle Data Management, and Oracle Analytics Cloud
  • Certifications in Oracle EPM, Change Management, or Business Analysis are a plus
