Job Description Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for EPM Cloud solutions. Design and document workflows, ensuring alignment with organizational goals in the financial services industry. Support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of EPM Cloud applications. Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure system functionality and reliability. Provide training and guidance to end-users on EPM Cloud tools and best practices. Generate detailed reports and insights to support data-driven decision-making processes. Maintain a strong understanding of trends and advancements in EPM technologies within financial services. Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards in all system processes. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or a related discipline Over 10 years of Business Analysis experience, including 5+ years with Oracle EPM Cloud Deep understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting in banking or financial services Comfortable working in Agile settings and collaborating with diverse, cross-functional teams Preferred experience with Smart View, SQL, Oracle Data Management, and Oracle Analytics Cloud Certifications in Oracle EPM, Change Management, or Business Analysis are a plus What’s on Offer Join a leading multinational bank.
