Responsibilities
- Ensure that the IMS is established, implemented, and maintained and continually improve its effectiveness in accordance with IMS Standards (ISO 45001 OHSMS, ISO 14001 EMS and ISO 9001 QMS)
- Ensures that the processes needed for the IMS is determined and its application throughout the organization
- Guide the organization on the proper application of the IMS and ensure uniformity of understanding and consistency of application.
- Ensures all audit checks are properly carried out to monitor and measure the status of the IMS periodically.
- Submit IMS reports and analysis to Site Management as necessary.
- Provides recommendations on identified process gaps and serves corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensures implementation and maintenance of IMS (9001, 45001,14001) programs and activities.
- Licensed Mining Engineer
- With extensive ISO training and certifications
- Has at least 3 to 5 years relevant experience in the mining industry
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with oral and written communication proficiency.
- Willing to work in Cawilan, Tubod, Surigao del Norte.
