Overview

Integrated Management System (IMS) Lead Auditor role at TÜV SÜD. The Lead Auditor will conduct audits and assessments of client organizations\' integrated management systems, evaluating compliance with international standards (including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001) and contributing to continuous improvement of clients\' operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop audit plans and schedules in consultation with clients, considering their specific needs and requirements.
  • Conduct integrated management system audits covering quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety aspects in accordance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Analyse and evaluate client documentation, policies, procedures, and records to ensure compliance with applicable standards.
  • Perform on-site audits at client locations, interview personnel, inspect processes, facilities, and equipment; document audit findings, non-conformities, and areas for improvement; and prepare comprehensive audit reports.
  • Provide practical recommendations to clients for improving their management systems and achieving standards compliance.
  • Communicate audit results and recommendations effectively with client management and personnel; stay updated on changes to international standards and regulations to ensure audit processes align with current requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within the audit program and contribute to the development of best practices.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor and/or management as needed.
Qualifications
  • College Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related fields.
  • Lead Auditor certification in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a Lead Auditor conducting integrated management system audits.
  • Knowledge of international standards and regulations related to quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety management systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for report writing and client interactions.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, managing multiple audit projects simultaneously.
  • Commitment to ethical conduct, professionalism, and confidentiality.
