(Management Service) The IMS Lead Auditor (ISO 21001) will be responsible for conducting independent audits and assessments of management systems, with a specialized focus on the ISO 21001 Educational Organizations Management System (EOMS) standard. The role ensures that client organizations, particularly those in the education and training sector, meet international compliance requirements and TÜV SÜD’s standards of quality, safety, and sustainability. Key Responsibilities: Plan, conduct, and lead third-party audits of client management systems, focusing on ISO 21001, as well as other IMS standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.). Evaluate the effectiveness of education management systems in line with international standards and regulatory requirements. Prepare and submit accurate, detailed, and timely audit reports with clear findings, recommendations, and conclusions. Provide feedback to clients to support continuous improvement in their management systems. Collaborate with certification teams and technical experts to maintain audit quality and integrity. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant standards, industry trends, and best practices in education management systems. Support TÜV SÜD in expanding its auditing capabilities in the education and training sector through thought leadership and knowledge sharing. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Quality Management, or related field. Recognized certification as a Lead Auditor in ISO 21001 (Educational Organizations Management System). Additional Lead Auditor certifications in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or ISO 45001 preferred. At least 5 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 5 years in auditing, quality management, or compliance roles. Strong understanding of education sector operations, governance, and compliance frameworks. Excellent communication, analytical, and report-writing skills.
