Job Title: Accountant (Bookkeeping) Location: Elite Tee Box – BGC, Taguig City Elite Tee Box, a premier indoor golf and leisure venue, is looking for a detail-oriented and trustworthy Accountant (Bookkeeping) to handle the company’s day-to-day financial records and accounting transactions. The role involves maintaining accurate books of accounts, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Responsibilities Record daily financial transactions, including sales, expenses, and payments Maintain and update the general ledger, journals, and other accounting records Prepare and reconcile bank statements and financial reports Monitor accounts payable and receivable Assist in payroll processing and government remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR) Ensure proper filing and documentation of all accounting records Support the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements Coordinate with management for budgeting, audits, and other financial requirements Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting procedures Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field With at least 1–2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) High attention to detail, accuracy, and organization Trustworthy and capable of handling confidential information CPA license is an advantage but not required Schedule Full-time On-site at BGC, Taguig City Benefits Competitive salary Professional and supportive work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
