Overview Account Manager – Bookkeeping (QuickBooks) Full-time | Onsite We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Account Manager with a strong background in bookkeeping to manage multiple client accounts using QuickBooks . If you enjoy working with numbers and people, this role offers a great mix of both. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day bookkeeping for assigned clients using QuickBooks Serve as the main point of contact for your clients Build trusted relationships and ensure clients feel supported Communicate via email, phone, chat, and virtual meetings Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports Analyze financial data and provide clear, actionable insights Stay current on accounting standards and best practices Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related field 2 – 4 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience Proficiency in QuickBooks Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong attention to detail and time management Comfortable managing multiple client accounts Fluent in spoken and written English Job Type: Full-time, Onsite Pay: 40,000.00 per month #J-18808-Ljbffr
