Job Description

The responsibilities of the Finance Analyst are:

  • Support the Senior Finance Business Partner in delivering financial planning, analysis, and reporting for the Product Marketing and Product Development teams.
  • Deliver actionable insights through analysis of key business drivers, variances, and trends.
  • Assist in developing comprehensive business cases for new product initiatives in collaboration with Product Managers.
  • Play an active role in the budgeting and forecasting cycles for product-related functions.
  • Compile and assess monthly financial commentary to ensure it is accurate, relevant, and clearly presented.
  • Perform ad-hoc financial analyses to aid strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Manage and continuously improve financial models and reporting tools to support effective analysis.
  • Work closely with Financial Control and Business Support teams to enhance reporting accuracy, streamline month-end processes, and strengthen internal controls.
The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Analyst should have:

  • Holds a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, with a strong interest in building a career in Finance.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, financial modeling) and preferably has experience using SAP and Power BI.
  • Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret large data sets and deliver actionable insights.
  • Strongly driven and detail-oriented, consistently producing accurate, high-quality work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Shows willingness to pursue professional qualifications such as CIMA or ACCA to support career development.
  • Displays excellent planning, organization, and time management skills, with a proactive and structured approach to tasks.
  • Brings a collaborative mindset with professionalism, innovation, and a continuous improvement attitude, ideally with a background in FP&A or a similar role.
