Branch Manager - Sales at RCBC Position located at the San Fernando JASA branch, responsible for implementing sales strategies, managing market conditions, and expanding customer base to ensure long‑term sustainability of the Business Center. Responsibilities Plan and implement sales strategies, ensuring attainment of goals and long‑term sustainability of the Business Center. Monitor market conditions and developments, identify current and prospective sales opportunities, including competitor movements. Grow customer base, improve account profitability, and deepen business relationships with existing customers. Develop and implement the Business Center’s sales plan in fulfillment of the Retail Banking Group’s overall goals. Initiate internal or external sales initiatives to broaden the customer base. Maintain cordial working relations with clients, ensuring timely servicing of financial needs. Willing to be assigned to the San Fernando JASA branch. Qualifications A team player passionate about working in a banking environment and building solid relationships with business units. Bachelor’s degree in any business‑related course. Proficiency in strategic planning, management, and financial management.
