Healthcare Account Representative – BPO (Open for Freshers & High School Graduates) We are looking for motivated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Healthcare Account Representatives . If you are a high school graduate or fresher who enjoys helping people and wants to start a career in the healthcare support industry, this is your chance. You’ll be part of a team that assists patients and clients with billing, insurance, and healthcare service inquiries. No prior experience needed – we provide full training. Key Responsibilities Assist patients or customers with their healthcare-related questions. Process and review medical insurance claims and billing information. Update and maintain accurate customer records. Provide excellent customer service and support via phone, email, or chat. Work closely with team members to meet performance goals. Qualifications High school graduate / Senior High / College undergraduate or graduate. Good communication skills in English (verbal and written). Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
