Job Description Lead the development and implementation of business intelligence solutions for clients. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into analytics solutions. Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities for business growth. Design and implement dashboards and reporting tools to support decision -making processes. Provide technical expertise in BI tools and data visualization techniques. Train and mentor junior team members in analytics and BI best practices. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all deliverables. Stay updated on the latest trends and tools in business intelligence and analytics . The Successful Applicant A successful Lead Consultant - BI & Analytics should have: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms. Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills. Experience in creating and managing dashboards and visualizations. Excellent communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams. A proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new tools and technologies. What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from PHP 2,106,000 to PHP 2,574,000 annually. HMO coverage with two dependents starting on day 1. Night differential and OT pay for eligible hours.
