Role Overview

As a Graphic Design Specialist , you will be responsible for crafting visually compelling and brand-aligned creatives across various platforms. You will work closely with our marketing and creative teams to develop engaging digital and print materials , ensuring that our brand and clients\' brands stand out in a competitive landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design high-impact key visuals for advertising campaigns, social media, and marketing collaterals
  • Create simple GIFs and motion graphics to enhance content engagement
  • Develop and refine visual assets, ensuring brand consistency across platforms
  • Collaborate with internal teams to conceptualize and execute design projects
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools in the advertising industry
Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an advertising agency or marketing setting
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.)
  • Basic motion graphics skills (ability to create simple GIFs)
  • Strong sense of visual storytelling, composition, and typography
  • Can-do attitude – proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Work Setup

This is a hybrid setup , requiring 3 days per week in the office:
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

MindLab Digital Media Production Inc. : 2nd floor General Malvar St. National Hiway, Brgy Tubigan Binan, Laguna (near SLEX Carmona Exit)
