Responsibilities Implements, encodes, records, controls, and monitors related activities for inbound and outbound transactions Ensures policies, procedures, and complete documentation of all stock movements are properly implemented Ensures no documents–no stock movements Ensures 100% compliance of FIFO or FEFO as per client requirement based on their system Ensures that all nonconforming products (damaged/expired) are reported, labeled, and segregated Coordinates and follows up disposition to the concerned function and prepares Exception Report to client for deviation Prepares and updates ABC classification of stocks as basis for Daily IRA Initiates daily cycle count and reconciles with client Analyzes and explains variances immediately and sends on-time report to Depot Manager regularly Participates in the quarterly physical inventory and reconciles with client Prepares, reviews, ensures accuracy, maintains, and sends the following daily reports to client: Daily Issuance and Receipt Monitoring Report Receiving and Deviation Monitoring Report Insufficient Stocks Report Key Performance Indicators Product Ageing (weekly or as per client’s requirement) Assists the company on processes and warehouse personnel performance analysis and recommends improvements for attainment of objectives Performs other tasks that may be assigned by superior from time to time Qualifications College graduate of any course with equivalent 1 year work experience Knowledge and experience in SAP application is an advantage #J-18808-Ljbffr
