Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries regarding accounts, transactions, loans, credit cards, and other financial products.
  • Provide accurate information and guidance on banking procedures, online services, and company policies.
  • Assist customers with account maintenance, payment processing, fund transfers, and dispute resolution.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions or services.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy standards, and financial regulations (KYC, AML, etc.).
  • Record and document all customer interactions in the system accurately.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department and follow up for resolution.
  • Promote and cross-sell financial products and services to meet sales targets.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality in all customer interactions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (preferred but not always required).
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in banking, financial services, or BPO.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of financial products, digital banking tools, and regulatory requirements is an advantage.
  • Ability to handle high-volume transactions and multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
Work Conditions
  • Office-based, hybrid, or remote setup depending on company policy.
  • May require shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
