Data & Analytics Manager (Kenvue)

Location: Asia Pacific, Philippines, National Capital, Paranaque. Work Location: Hybrid.

Role: Data & Analytics Manager. Reports to: Head of Commercial Excellence. Based at Paranaque, Philippines.

What You Will Do
The Data & Analytics Manager is responsible for shaping and managing the data solutions of the Customer development/Sales Team. He/She should have a good grasp of both present and future data needs so the appropriate capabilities can be used and developed to address the said requirements. He/She is also expected to provide analysis and key business insights to the sales data available.

Key Responsibilities

• Chief data custodian of the customer development (CD) team
• Generate regular CD reports and dashboards for business cycle monitoring and analysis
• Develop new reports (ad hoc or regular) as instructed by CDLT
• Generate key business insights from CD data
• Use data management, reporting and analysis tools to process and utilize CD data

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience in data analytics, particularly in sales data management
• Proficient in Excel, Tableau, Power BI and other data analytics tools
• Strategic insights driven storytelling
• Proactive mindset
• Passionate about making a positive impact

Desired Qualifications

• Sales experience or background in managing CBI in FMCG is an advantage
