Dedicated to delivering fit-for-purpose SAP solutions, offering a comprehensive suite of services that spans greenfield and brownfield implementations, change management, and ongoing Application Management Services (AMS) and support.

As a pivotal member of our Integration team, your role is to act as the essential conduit between complex business needs and cutting-edge technology solutions. This involves deeply understanding our customers' operational processes and strategic objectives, then skillfully translating those into precise technical integration requirements. You will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and optimizing seamless data flows and system interoperability, ensuring that various applications and platforms communicate effectively.

This position follows a hybrid setup with mostly remote work and operates on Australian business hours (6:00 AM–3:00 PM PST).

• Support our Integration team with handling of support issues, allocation and escalation of requests
• Support the team in the development of the operational design of the integration toolset and architecture to be connected to the SAP landscape working closely with the architecture team.
• Grow your skillset in the integration suite solution to deliver the technically best quality
• Understand the current state of technology to define opportunities that create business value.
• Assist with the facilitation and support customer workshops and meetings.
• Work with customers, end-users and development partners to define and assess the application and technical requirements, leading to the development and design of best-fit customer solutions determining components and deliverables.
• Ability to identify and resolve technical issues along the agile project delivery roadmap.
• Keep abreast with latest development in Cloud technology

• At least three years of experience in SAP Integration Suite – SCI, PI/PO and ideally Cloud Connector
• Some experience/exposure to SAP, Azure, AWS etc.
• A development background, preferably in ABAP would be of advantage
• Agile project execution experience and familiarity with corresponding tools and processes
• Business fluent English skills paired with a high level of customer orientation and excellent communication and presentation skills
