This is a remote opportunity based in the Philippines, aligned to Sydney, Australia time zone. The role offers salary in the PHP 70,000 - PHP 80,000 per month range (depending on experience), 28 days of paid leave, and a performance-based annual incentive, with HMO coverage and clear opportunities for career growth and development. Responsibilities Edit long-form YouTube content with emphasis on storytelling, visual appeal, and technical precision. Manage and optimize video rendering workflows to ensure efficient, high-quality, and timely exports. Configure export settings across platforms to maintain consistency and quality standards. Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines while upholding a high standard of work. Troubleshoot and resolve editing/rendering issues and provide mentorship to junior editors. Key Skills and Qualities Proficient in video rendering workflows, export settings, and file formats/codecs. Strong storytelling ability with expertise in long-form content for YouTube and digital platforms. Excellent problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset. Proven ability to work under pressure and deliver on tight deadlines. Flexible to work in the Sydney, AU time zone, with availability for overtime. Willingness to undergo and pass a background check as a condition of employment; consent form provided to shortlisted candidates. Willingness to provide an NBI clearance.
