Overview Position OverviewJob Title: Accounting Tribe Domain- Business Process SMELocation: ManilaCorporate Title: Assistant Vice President Accounting Tribe- Business Process SME team supports Group Finance with the delivery of Strategic, Regulatory, Process & Automation change initiatives through cross-divisional expertise in a Run-the-Bank (RTB) Change Team. You will develop and implement automation solutions in response to business problems in line with provided requirements and agreed design principles. Your role focuses on business requirement creation, documentation, testing, and cutover support. You will interact with Project SMEs, RTB SMEs, IT Teams and other support functions. Responsibilities Perform business process analysis and document current vs. future state workflow; conduct Detailed Process Impact Analysis and map/gap analysis on existing architecture Scope in business requirements for Head Office Reporting, Disclosures and GY Local Reporting Write User Stories, review technical stories, and ensure traceability to user requirements Collaborate with Technology Teams on design and build solutions, providing walkthroughs of business requirements (user stories) Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and present test results to Product Owner and process users Provide inputs to Operational Readiness on impact to Business Process Design Provide cutover support to business process users, including issue investigation and driving for solutions What We Will Offer You A healthy, engaged and well-supported workforce is better equipped to perform at their best and to enjoy life inside and outside the workplace. Your Skills And Experience Background in the Financial Services Industry – preferably Investment Banking, Global Markets, Corporate Banking Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in Finance/Business/Data Analysis within the Finance arena Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience leading/managing Global General Ledger Projects (preferably SAP/SAP4HANA) and Financial Reporting automation projects Excellent analytical and problem solving skills Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Access/Excel); Excel skills are key – vlookups, pivot tables Strong verbal and written communication skills; fluent in English (written and verbal) Ability to work in virtual teams and in a matrix organization How We’ll Support You Training and development to help you excel in your career Coaching and support from experts in your team A culture of continuous learning to aid progression About Us And Our Teams Deutsche Bank is a leading German bank with strong European roots and a global network.
