Experience with Oracle Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and User Management Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Security Console In depth knowledge on Oracle Fusion Financials Role Management (custom job , abstract and duty roles) In depth knowledge on Oracle Fusion Financials Functional and Data Privileges Understanding on Oracle Fusion Audit Policies Qualifications / Other Requirements Willing to learn and work as Oracle ERP Financials Security Administrator Willing to work on shifting schedule as needed Excellent oral and written English communication skills Knowledge in ServiceNow, Jira is a plus Familiarity with Oracle Identity Management tools and workflows Knowledge of compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001) Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Financials Cloud Security, Oracle EBS Security), preferred Exposure to ITIL or other IT service management frameworks. Experience in multi-entity or global ERP environments. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Include, but are not limited to: Administer and manage user roles, responsibilities, and access controls in Oracle Financials ERP across all environments and instances (Prod, QA, Dev) Design and implement security-related processes aligned with Infosec governance and compliance standards (e.g., SOX) Monitor and analyze system access logs and user activities for anomalies or violations Maintain documentation of security configurations, access matrices, and change logs. Participate in ERP upgrades, patches, and implementations with a focus on security impact. Provide support and guidance to users on access requests and security-related issues. Stay updated on Oracle ERP security best practices and emerging threats. #J-18808-Ljbffr
