Overview Administrator (GCS, Philippines: Cebu) at Universal Robots — manage invoicing systems to ensure timely billing and support service pricing updates. Responsibilities Ensuring accurate and timely invoicing to customers. Performing bookkeeping tasks and settling transactions. Analyzing data upon request and resolving billing or invoice issues raised by internal teams or customers. Assisting with updates to the service price list using Excel and Word. Managing and updating service pricing in ERP systems and Salesforce, including issue resolution. Performing administrative tasks related to service product management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accountancy, Management Accounting, or a closely related field. Minimum of three years of experience in a similar role. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work confidently with large data sets. A curious mindset with a strong desire to learn, self-motivated, and results driven. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Professional demeanor with the ability to interact effectively with both internal teams and external customers.
