Responsibilities and qualifications of the Human Resources Manager
Position responsibility
1, the company recruitment, training, welfare, performance appraisal and other human resources system construction;
(2) Establishing and maintaining personnel files, handling and updating labor contracts;
3, the implementation of human resources management practices and the implementation of various rules and regulations, in cooperation with other business departments;
4, the implementation of recruitment workflow, coordination, handling staff recruitment, entry, resignation, transfer, promotion and other procedures;
5, cooperate to carry out new employee induction training, business training, implementation of training plans, training effect tracking, feedback;
6, responsible for employee attendance accounting
7, help to establish employee relations, coordinate the relationship between employees and management, and organize employee activities.

Requirements for appointment
1, college degree or above, human resources, administrative management;
2, more than one year of administrative personnel, human resources work experience;
3, skilled use of office software; Familiar with HR system and knowledge of Labor Contract Law and related HR policies and regulations is preferred;
4, with a strong sense of responsibility, professionalism, excellent communication skills, patience, careful, and rigorous logical thinking ability.
5: Chinese OR LOCAL CHINESE CAN SPEAK ENGLISH, MANDARIN, HOKKIEN, TAGALOG)
