Site Manager

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of needed resources from Corporate's Business Partners through planning and regular alignment.

Major Responsibilities:

• Develops an operational plan to support the administrative needs of the site (P&C, Purchasing, Gov't and Community Relations, I&T) aligned with the strategy of the Corporate Unit departments and Manufacturing HESS
• Ensures completeness and timely fulfillment of purchasing requirements for manufacturing operations
• Monitors overall site compliance with HESS standards and processes
• Monitors the execution of the hire-to-retire process, e.g., ensuring manpower requirements are fulfilled on time
• Ensures that labor-related concerns are handled and resolved according to standards
• Ensures the timely execution of IT services (e.g., technical support, data administration, network administration)
• Ensures that all permits to operate are up-to-date and acquired
• Ensures that administrative services are provided on time and in full (e.g., transport services, canteen, reception)
• Facilitate coordination with other teams within the Operations Management to ensure seamless integration of Site Management initiatives with Plant Operations, Engineering, and Quality Control
• Manages the Site Management team to achieve their performance targets
• Develops the skills of direct reports to enhance their job performances
• Addresses employee grievances within one's team

Position Qualifications:

• Bachelorâs Degree in Business, Science or Engineering. Further studies or certification is an advantage
• With at least 5-7 years of relevant experience in a leadership capacity, preferably in a food manufacturing operations or consumer goods industry
• Must be knowledgeable of government laws and regulations related to site management functions (e.g., DOLE for labor relations, DENR for HESS compliance, permits and certifications from local government, and other regulatory bodies that affect operations)
• With knowledge in IT Operations (Technical Standard requirements, Network Administration, Data Protection and Security), Human Resources (Hire-to-Retire process, Labor Relations standards), and Purchasing (Ordering, Delivery, Returns Processing, Emergency Purchases, Fabrication Management)
• Strong in Project Management, Stakeholder Management, Risk Management, and Change Management
