Job Description:

  • Responsible for welcoming customer / patient
  • Answering phone calls and inquiries; In-charge with scheduling an appointment. Maintain polite interaction and assistance with the customer / patient
  • Ensures availability of treatment information by filing and retrieving patient records.
  • Send monthly report to the management for the list of products given to patients along with a survey letter, membership update, and promotional giveaway monitoring.
  • Cashiering duties; Handle bank deposits and issuance of receipts
  • In charge for submission of daily report to accounting department. Ensure that the documents are completely signed by the OIC before sending the report.
  • Maintain inventory and stocks
  • Maintains efficient operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
  • Performs other functions which may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • College graduate of any business or medical allied courses
  • Must be organized, detail-oriented and trustworthy
  • With good interpersonal and communication skills
  • With pleasing personality
  • Customer Service experience is an advantage
