Job Details

Location: Antipolo (Remote/WFH)

Job Type: Part time - starting at 25-30 hours per week, with possibility of transitioning to 40 hours weekly. Day shift. AU Healthcare/N DIS/ Australian Healthcare industry experience preferred.

Job Responsibilities & Accountabilities
  • Access data from CMS; extract primary data from Brevity CMS.
  • Manage Contractor Data; assist with ABN/GST verification.
  • Customer Invoicing and Receipting: bill customers timely and file copies as per procedures; record customer payments; prepare daily banking; issue monthly statements as required.
  • Stock management: notify stock alerts to stock management for low stock levels.
  • Supplier Payments and Expenses: collate supplier invoices into weekly/monthly payment runs; ensure supplier bills are authorised for payment and process payments; record supplier payments and office expenses in MYOB with correct coding.
  • Administrative support (occasional): respond to client queries on invoices/payroll issues, etc.
  • Debt Collection: report to Directors on overdue accounts; send account statements monthly; chase overdue accounts via phone, letter and email; document all activities; support reconciliations of key accounts.
  • Bank & Loan Reconciliations: reconcile bank accounts fortnightly; reconcile loan accounts quarterly.
  • Payroll Processing: maintain confidential employee records; process payslips and provide pay schedule; track leave accruals; reconcile PAYG and superannuation payments; prepare year-end payment summaries; process end-of-year payroll in MYOB and archive payroll records for at least 7 years.
  • Budgets & Financial Statements: assist in preparing annual budgets in MYOB; post end-of-month journals; prepare monthly draft financial statements and provide to Accountant; supply additional reports as required; collaborate with Directors to review figures.
  • Data Management: liaise with Director to back up MYOB files offsite weekly; maintain MYOB software subscriptions and perform annual updates.
  • Quarterly BAS: prepare figures for BAS; liaise with Accountant and address queries arising from the BAS.
  • Data access & Confidentiality: access primary data for debtor/creditor reconciliation; maintain client data confidentiality and do not share Brevity CMS with others.
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of similar experience as a Bookkeeper supporting AU region/market.
  • MYOB or Xero certification to demonstrate working knowledge of the tools/systems.
