As a Service Delivery - Senior Team Lead working Onsite in Bacolod City, Philippines, you’ll help bring humanity to business and support and motivate teams to meet client goals.

We’re looking for an experienced leader to mentor and coach Team Leads, resolve issues, provide feedback, and escalate when needed to ensure client requests are met and teams remain motivated.

During a Typical Day, You’ll
  • Mentor Team Leads to ensure achievement of company and client goals while addressing employee-related issues and coordinating training on new or revised information relating to services, products or processes of projects
  • Support Team Leads on their multiple, complex, ongoing tasks and projects by applying strong time management and organizational skills
What You Bring To The Role
  • Associate degree, technical school or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 1 year call center or equivalent work experience
  • Continually promote a performance-driven culture and strive for excellence
  • Engage and support your team in ensuring they have the proper tools and systems to accomplish day-to-day tasks
  • Consistently mentor and inspire others
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Computer literacy
