Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site Seniority level: Entry level Responsibilities Perform audit procedures including inquiry with personnel, observation of procedures, verification of data, and document inspection. Communicate initial audit observations and findings to concerned personnel; resolve issues or escalate to Department Manager. Report significant findings (preliminary or final) to Warehouse Manager. Initiate reorientation sessions for personnel when audit compliance is weak. Develop and update procedures for regular operations, subject to management approval. Issue updates or modifications to existing procedures as necessary. Conduct surprise cash fund counts and spot merchandise counts. Perform audits as requested by authorized personnel. Assist Inventory Control Unit in monitoring inventory quantity and cost balances. Participate in annual inventory counts. Witness pull-out and disposal of merchandise in absence of Inventory Control staff. Witness delivery and transfer of non-trade items such as fixed assets and supplies. Qualifications College graduate of any business-related course. Fresh graduates are welcome; experience preferred. Willingness to work as an audit staff.
