Wealth Relationship Manager - Quezon Avenue

Overview: The Wealth Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and growing the Bank’s affluent and high-net-worth client segment in terms of Investable Assets (IA), fee income, and client numbers, in line with CFS aspirations and the segment’s client value proposition (CVP).

Responsibilities
  • Accountable for the implementation of the segment’s customer acquisition, migration and relationship strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal (e.g., Trust, Global Markets) and external counterparts.
  • Collaborate with other CFS units (CD, Cards, Consumer Lending, etc.) to ensure deployment of Premier Banking strategies and CVP at branches.
  • Client engagement and relationship building to deepen wallet share while managing attrition of funds.
  • Deliver profitability through a healthy mix of deposits (e.g., CASA/TD) and fee income products (investments, Bancassurance).
  • Grow the number of customers via acquisition and migration from Branch to Premier.
  • Collaborate with branch partners to upgrade and grow affluent and HNWI client segments.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree in Banking, Business Studies, Finance or equivalent.
  • MBA is an added advantage.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Filipino.
  • Excellent communication and coalition-building skills with the ability to balance, negotiate and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders; strong subject-matter knowledge.
  • Self-driven with strong presentation skills.
  • Good analytical skills with strong strategic thinking abilities.
  • Previous experience in selling investment products or as a relationship manager is an added advantage.
