Addresses concerns and issues raised by MIOnline System users. Attends MIC, MIS, Partners, Client meetings as required. Assists the Department Head and colleagues in exploring systems and technologies that enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Supports DT and Project owners in preparing Project Business Requirements. Conducts system testing and ensures proper documentation of test results. Business Analysis Reviews existing processes and systems and recommends enhancements to better manage growth and volume in coordination with stakeholders. Reviews and validates enhancement requests for the MI Systems from various users. Prepares user specifications for approved enhancements and coordinates with DT for the implementation. System Administration Maintains and supports the following systems - Nan.ai Mobile Application, Microinsurance Online System and iRis etc. QUALIFICATIONS Graduate of a bachelor’s degree, preferably IT-related courses. At least 2 years of experience in system user support and basic troubleshooting. Skilled in data gathering, process documentation and workflow analysis. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Applications. Familiar with API integration, data and process mapping (an advantage). #J-18808-Ljbffr
