Job Title: Sales Admin Job Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities Monitor merchant transaction volumes and success ratios through dashboards (e.g., Snowflake) Identify performance issues, anomalies, and transaction failures Analyze root causes and coordinate with Sales, Merchant Support, TOS, and Fraud teams for resolution Coordination & Reporting Communicate and elevate merchant specific issues to relevant teams Track resolution progress and provide regular updates to Sales and Management Set up and manage alerts for performance thresholds Generate daily performance summaries and reports Assist sales with merchant insights, performance reports, and recommendations for client meetings Help prepare presentations and proposals Maintain internal sales databases and ensure data accuracy Process and reconcile petty cash and department reimbursements Provide backup support for contract and documentation processing when needed Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) Excellent organizational and time management skills Detail-oriented with high accuracy in reports and documentation Strong communication and coordination skills across teams Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Proactive mindset with ownership and accountability Qualifications Experience in sales operations, sales support, or admin roles is a plus Familiarity with sales processes and performance monitoring Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable working cross‑functionally with multiple teams Willingness to report onsite 5x/week in Makati By applying, you authorize the company to process your personal information solely for recruitment purposes, in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
