This is a remote position with the following details: Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9pm-6am Eastern Time (10pm - 7am Manila Time) Includes 1 hour unpaid break Scope Manage company financial data, ensuring accuracy in accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and daily entries. Prepare and analyze financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow analyses. Develop budgets, forecast financial trends, and identify cost-saving opportunities. Conduct audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Meet all deadlines and requirements. Implement financial controls and operational procedures. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 3-5 years of professional accounting experience, with expertise in business accounting and finance. Proficiency in Sage, NetSuite, Zoho, and financial analysis tools. Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking regarding financial processes. Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting financial data to non-finance audiences. Experience overseeing large-scale business accounting and providing actionable insights.
