This is a remote position with the following details:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9pm-6am Eastern Time (10pm - 7am Manila Time)
• Includes 1 hour unpaid break

Scope

• Manage company financial data, ensuring accuracy in accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and daily entries.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow analyses.
• Develop budgets, forecast financial trends, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Conduct audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Meet all deadlines and requirements.
• Implement financial controls and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3-5 years of professional accounting experience, with expertise in business accounting and finance.
• Proficiency in Sage, NetSuite, Zoho, and financial analysis tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking regarding financial processes.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting financial data to non-finance audiences.
• Experience overseeing large-scale business accounting and providing actionable insights.
