• Incident Resolution: Provide expert-level support to resolve issues related to business systems, ensuring timely and effective solutions.

• Continuous Improvement: Stay current with Microsoft technologies and continuously enhance skills and knowledge.
• Provide advanced support and consultancy for D365 CE (Sales and Customer Service), maximizing client value.
• Develop and maintain model-driven and canvas apps using Power Apps to meet business requirements.
• Design, develop, and troubleshoot workflows and automations using Power Automate.
• Implement and support Power Pages Portal to enhance customer interactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, project managers, business analysts) to deliver comprehensive solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years' experience as a Technical Consultant in D365 CE (Sales/Customer Service) and/or Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Pages).
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales and Customer Service).
• Experience with Dashboards, Forms, Tables, Fields and Views; Business Process Flows.
• Security models in Dynamics 365/Power Platform (Security Roles, Business Units, Teams, Field Level Security).
• Proven expertise in developing model-driven and canvas apps using Power Apps.
• Strong knowledge of Power Automate for business rules and workflows.
• Experience with Power Pages Portal configuration and management, including Web Forms, Web Roles and Permissions, basic template customisation.
• Experience supporting data migration and data import into the platform.
• Understanding of how Dynamics 365 and Power Platform fit into the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Microsoft certifications in D365 CE, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages Portal are highly desirable.
• Experience in cloud environment development with DevOps practices; familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar and ITSM processes.

• Familiar with .NET, Azure Functions and Logic Apps beneficial.
