Responsibilities

The Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) Marketing Lead role will handle growth programs and campaigns across the different stages of the customer lifecycle. This includes managing the customer engagement and promo platforms, coordination with various stakeholders to ensure that the CLM campaigns are optimized to reach company objectives and OKRs, and supporting business units in informing customers about features, services, offers, and advisories from GoTyme Bank.

  • Work with other internal stakeholders to ensure that the CLM campaigns support key business objectives.
  • Handle the Customer Engagement Platform (CEP) to run customer engagement campaigns delivered through SMS, e-mail, push notification, in-app nudges, and other channels triggered by the CEP.
  • End-to-end management of CLM Marketing Campaigns, including coordination with business units and operations of the Customer Engagement and Promo Platform.
  • Operate the CEP and Promo platforms in line with the campaigns and programs.
  • Work with the creatives team to develop direct-to-consumer nudges through SMS, e-mail, push notification, in-app nudges, and other channels under the Customer Engagement Platform.
  • Coordinate with TymeX team on improvements, enhancements, and fixes needed for the Growth tools, including the customer engagement platform and the promo platform.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or other related fields.
  • Knowledge and experience in handling marketing tech platforms such as Salesforce, MoEngage, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Ability to coordinate and work with various stakeholders to manage projects and campaigns.
  • Experience in end-to-end handling of marketing campaigns addressing business objectives and requirements.
  • Knowledgeable in handling Customer Engagement Platforms and/or other Marketing and Growth tech platforms.
  • Able to manage campaigns end-to-end and prioritize projects based on objectives.
